Why aren't there more shipping options? Because the other options are much more expensive. To send by FedEx International Economy which is a guaranteed 2 days delivery to anywhere in the US costs 6 to 7 times as much as FedEx Ground which delivers in 2 to 5 days. To send a 2 lb. (0.9kg) package to California by FedEx International Economy (2 days) costs $123. To send the same package to New York is $119 using FedEx International Economy which is their cheapest service after FedEx Ground.
