Our Policies

Our Return Policy: Items damaged in shipping will be promptly replaced at no additional cost. If the wrong item has been shipped to you it may be returned to us at no expense to you (you must contact us beforehand) and the correct item will be sent at no additional cost.

All sales are final. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely at it's destination, however, if you do not accept a delivery or the courier cannot deliver a package for any reason other than a mistake made entirely by us then the total cost of shipping, packaging and all other expenses incurred by us in the process of fulfilling this order plus a $30.00 fee will be charged to you and any remaining amount, only, will be refunded to you from the purchase price upon return of the complete order to us.

Our Pricing Policy: All Prices are in Canadian dollars. If ordering from outside Canada your credit card is charged in Canadian dollars and that amount is converted to your currency by your credit card company.

Our Privacy Policy: We do not give out any information provided to us by our customers to any third party. No customer will receive correspondence from us, outside of that dealing with a current order, unless they have agreed to recieve such correspondence.
