Description:
Premium Japanese Green Tea from the Uji district in Kyoto with the aroma of a fresh country meadow after the spring rains. Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan. It is made by first being steamed for between 15–45
seconds to prevent oxidization then the leaves are rolled, shaped, and dried. After drying the leaves are fired to aid in their preservation and to add flavor. It goes well with seafood and is brilliant with chocolate.
